Small group of British badges,

Hello chaps, I have a handful of badges here for your optical nutrition

Home Guard, Observer Corps, and Scots Guards. Most of the OC badges I've found have a crown and 'Royal' before the name. Am I right in thinking this was earned during the Battle of Britain, making this one 1939 / early 1940 ish? They all came together with some other stuff so I'm guessing I have a soldier and perhaps his dad here.

PS I have neglected to upload the pictures of the reverse........... the SG has 2 lugs for a pin, the other 2 have horseshoe shaped fixtures. I'll add a shot when I get home.

I really like the Observer Corps buttonhole badge. Not sure of date of issue, still new to British Badges.
I have a HG one, but it's enamel. Must try and get one like yours. :-)
