Can anyone ID this badge?

NATO Standing Naval Forces Atlantic.
Made up of ships from NATO countries and under the command of SACLANT.
Operational control of STANAVFORLANT is assigned by SACLANT to the Commander-in-Chief of the area of operations.
Its the world first [I could be wrong on this] permanent international naval squadron formed in peacetime.
