Closer more detailed pics are really needed, but in general they look OK from what I can see here.

I see some Viet Nam era patches on the lower edge of the first picture. Looks like a MAC-V, ROTC, a medical unit and more. Better pictures would help out in identifying the era. Thanks

Yes, some Vietnam era patches also on there as ekclete mentions.......
The blue "FOLLOW ME" patch is the Infantry School at Fort Benning, Georgia.
