Actually, the first US collar dog you posted is WW1 enlisted mans issue.
The PFC stripes are modern post war. I can give you an exact date on these. 1970's I suspect?
The other item is a USMC globe and anchor collar dog.
Sorry to hear of the thefts: disgraceful behaviour!

just for grins, seems I heard that an original "ball and chain" insignia had a raised dot on the anchor, that designated it as WW2 issue.

WWII Marine globe and anchor collar insignia do not have a rope fouling the anchor. The cap badges do though.
