USMC EGA question + something else

I have a couple questions. I came upon this find that my grandmother gave me. They appear to be very old and from the WWII Era. Some have a little triangle on the inside along with a number. I need to find out if these are actually WWII and how much they are worth (as a bulk) I have 34 of them.

I also have something else. It is plastic. It has stars along the top and it looks like an eagle on an anchor. On the back it says
"W.C. 1812"
"S-176"
What does this mean? How old is it? What is it worth?

Most of these appear to be WWII or earlier mfg a few of them post war... I am interested in some if they are still around from 3 years ago lol
