The top tail on the R seems to long and the gap between the V and the I also seems large so I will run with "good copy".

I'm going to cop it now

I say fake, but a better one. the gap between the V I, the script for the GRI seems off, the font(for want of a better word) is too thin, and the R is too tall. And looking at the crown, it only has 4 pips, not 4 1/2.

I'd say it is a copy , the lettering of the GRJ appears too thin and all three letters appear to be too far spaced apart, the apex of the ridges forming the star are not well defined and imo should show a sharpness ,the VI ,imo should be closer together and touching the bottom curves of the R, go on then tell us the buggers REAL !!!!!

The little cross on top of the crown looks off centre?
