WW1 Ribbon Bar U.S. or ????

what are your thoughts on this ribbon bar?
it came with U.S. insignia but I cant figure out the ribbons

confusing !, the last ribbon appear's to be the british WW2 war medal.

The first ribbon has been identified as the Inter-Allied Victory Ribbon. It's considered an unofficial ribbon or medal (there is an actual medal).
