Ww2 ( RaF?) wristwatch

I bought this wristwatch a few months ago with other militarny ( RaF) items.
Could anybody please tell me anything about this person.

All I can tell you is that it isn't a issue piece so would have been brought by him from a shop

This is Wikipedia says about his base From 1940 to 1968 High Wycombe was the seat of the RAF Bomber Command.
