Article about: I found this campaign ribbon in a us army wool field shirt. I was wondering what kind it is. It has a 1 in the middle. Any help will be greatly apreciated.

    Army Service ribbon: NCO Professional Development: Army acheivement medal.

    These are not WW2 awards.
