1. Large size pilot wing known as the 'Juarez' pattern. These can be
found marked 'Coin Silver' or 'Sterling'.........

2. Unmarked clutchback pilot wing with distinct feathering
in the shoulder areas.........

Non-sterling pinback pilot wing by 'Amcraft'. This pattern is known
as the 'snowflake back' from the 1930's, but it's possible that
pre-war types were worn in WWII.........

Non-sterling pinback Senior Pilot wing by N.S. Meyer. This pattern is also known
as 'Pelican bill' or 'Pelican mouth', because the shoulders of these wings
look like a pelican's bill.........

Another pre-war 1930's style pilot wing. Pinback and marked 'Sterling'.........

Time well spent. I picked up a nice marked pilots wings a couple weeks ago for a good price . It is amazing how much they are going for right know .

A recent pick up. Pin back, gold plated and marked
'Sterling'. At 1.5 inches, this is one of the most
detailed wings for it's size I have ever seen:
