    The optics you posted are from a post war Bundeswehr vehicle of some type!..

    the ident no is a NATO stock number 5855-12-137-5591 ,, the 12 donates germany ,as 99 is UK and 01 or 00 is US ,,so not war time ,,probably 80s image intensifier
