    Hi Reibert , it`s an italian 1891 T.S. bayonet . it`s got a very unusual coupling

    Thats it, Bud !

    This bayo came in an 1916-dated leather scabbard.

    "T.S." means: "Truppe Speciali"

    This kind of bayo was used with the "Modello 1891 Moschetto Truppe Speciali", (shortened version of the origin Carcano rifle, introduced in 1897).

    Especially used in Signal-, gun-crew-, and Army motorists-units.
