Flag streamers?

I was wondering if anyone has seen anything like this before. I think it's either a sash or the closest thing to it was when I typed in the words on the item and added the word sash, pictures of Italian veterans holding flags and around the flag was a blue sash as a decoration for the flag. In english the sash roughly translates to national association of fighters section of Pesaro. I was wondering what it is and maybe a value. Thank you for reading this.

Nothing special, your translation is correct, these are part of a National flag, used by the vet association of Pesaro; probably it was referred to the WWI vets.
