I am curious about this little badge and the history, I am hoping someone here knows more. It's inscribed with 'P.N.F O.N.D VIAGGI IN GERMANIA'

The OND was The National Recreational Club aka the Fascist Leisure and Recreational Facility. Is this some kind of badge commemorating a trip to Germany?

Correct. It's the badge for the O.N.D. - Opera Nazionale Dopolavoro / P.N.F. - Partito Nazional Fascista on their German visit.
