I would appreciate some opinions on this italian civil flag especialy what apears to be a makers label.

I have been told it may have been added by a former owner of the flag,I can't imagine why anyone would do such a thing.

Thanks Alan,I have been told it could have been foreign made.Aparently the colours are slightly different it's not easy to see with the faded look.
