Hi, the helmet you own is postwar imo. I don't collect italian stuff but colour and chinstrap mark it as such. WW2 helmets had leather chinstrap. Another difference is the size of the vent hole in the rivets.

the leather chinstrap is gray-green colour. I will post some shots of the few I have.

I would also agree it's a post WWII Italian helmet, the thick large rivets are definitely Italian.

definately a postwar m33 i can only compare to my ww2 helmet it has a leather chin strap also where the liner cord goes through the leather fingers i notice metal washers on your which i dont have and lastly i notice a Z shape stitching on the rear of the liner mine has 2 horizontal bands of stiching instead hope this helps james

although i have to admit that i personally find these to be the ugliest of all headgear made since WWI lol
