Hi Velasco. At a first glance, I would say original. The Da Recco was a Navigatori class destroyer (around 2.000 tons), which saw intensive and adventurous use during the entire WWII, mainly as convoy escort ship (and saw also action during the Spanish Civil War). Launched in 1930, until 1938 was classified as esploratore (explorer ship), then "upgraded" as destroyer; so, your tally is the pre war type.
