Unknown skull with dagger insignia: Italian?

I believe to be WW2 Italian but not sure, anyone has any info on this skull?

Hello Ado, I believe it is Italian according to the book I have Distintivi e Medaglie Della RSI 1943-45 Volume 1(R.S.I. badges and Medals 1943-45 for us English speakers here). According to page 82 it is a variant of a collar patch badge. It goes on to further state that: : "Forli" Bn. , Recce Group of San Marco Division, Black Brigades of Friuli, "Bir el Gobi" GG.FF. company. There is a nice picture of it on page 81 of the same book. It also shows what looks like a missing front tooth as the one that you have posted the pic of. Hope this helps.
