I have a chance to purchase to by one or all of the flags. I will only be able to buy one. Which one to buy is the question. I know it is up to me BUT......... I my leaning towards number 3.

3 for me.
definatly 3 has a more aged look and more lettering etc and character
3 if I had to choose.
Since I am unable to read Kanji, I would wait to hear if any of them are possibly made by GI's for souvenirs at the end of the war.

Searching for anything relating to, Anton Boos, 934 Stamm. Kp. Pz. Erz. Abt. 7, 3 Kompanie, Panzer-Regiment 2, 16th Panzer-Division (My father)
All three look authentic. I vote for #3 because of the nicer "penmanship" ... and the stamps; however, I do not see recipient or gifter names.
Likewise, I do not see a gifter or recipient on #2
#1 is nice and has names of recipient and gifter:
Top:
盡忠報國
Jinchū Hōkoku
Serve the Nation with ultimate loyalty
Edit note: 報 actually means "report, retribution, reward" ... but I'm going with the translation given by Nick Komiya as being more accurate in English.
Right:
祝御出征
Shukku Go Shussei
Congratulations for your departure into military service
松岡輝三
Matsuoka Teruzo [the gifter]
Left:
祈武運長久
Buun Chōkyū
Prayers for Everlasting Fortune in Battle
贈竹田廣君
Sō Takeda Hiroshi-kun
Gift: Mr. Takeda Hiroshi
No. 3 would be my pick as well - Are they
all the same price.........?
Regards,
Steve.
Great question on price. They belong to a friend that I have bought from before and he just bought them back from the widow of the man he sold them too years ago. The price is from 100-150usd.

Seems fair enough.........

I like #3 also. I like how the signatures are signed in rayed pattern around the sun. It has the most going for it of the three for sure.
