any info on a arisaka bayonet?

i picked up this bayonet today however it doesnt have a serial number anywhere and the arsenal stamp seems a bit "off",
could it be a very late war one where production was rushed and they didnt bother with a serial and any arsenal stamp would do?

It looks like an early Type 30 bayonet with a Kokura arsenal stamp.

but dont you think the marking looks kinda shoddy?
seen as there are large gaps in it and the fact that its off center and slightly rotated, it just doesnt look as much attention to detail was given to it, all the other i have seen looked like this,
