Are any of these items Military related?

Greetings all,
I have been trying to research these Japanese items - Some of which have some age. With no luck so far.
Hopefully someone can ID for me. Are they military related?
Two of the cap badges appear to have screw-back pins like US cap badges.
I've never seen these before.

The coin is from the period 1835-1871 and is worth something, but all the others are school (middle school, high school and 1 university) badges of no value, though they are pre-45 items. The screw-back ones are for the stand-up collar of the school uniform. None are related to the military.
