These things certainly travel. A good friend of who was in the USMC in the Korean War picked up an Arisaka and bayonet that had been used by a North Korean soldier. I am sure a lot of them remained in the Koreas as the Japanese occupied Korea for a lengthy time.

Hate to be the negative one BUT bayonet handle has been sanded & overall heavily cleaned. It's just about the most common variation found & in poor condition. That said, it probably saw extensive use & was reconditioned a few times over the years.
