One of my co workers brought in a Japanese type 38 training rifle. I was hoping some of our esteemed members could use their Kanji knowledge to assist me in it's translation.

Good Question Phil!
I know if I gave one of these to may sons to shoot when they were in elementary school it would probably break their shoulder...then again my wife always call them "silky tofu" anyway (i.e. not tough)
