Can someone help identify these Japanese Binoculars?

Hello- I was at an antique store and they had these “WWII Japanese Binoculars” for sale, and they are asking $70 for it. I know that some Japanese binoculars go for a decent amount of money, so I thought that these might be a steal. I’m sorry for the poor camera quality as I was in a rush and my camera is broken.

Probably Japanese, but we need to see the markings on the left side backplate. If they are, they look like a fairly common type.
