Does this Japanese Flag look ok?

Hello everyone

Let me start off by saying that I have zero knowledge about these items. This Japanese flag is for sale at a local antique dealer for a reasonable price and I'm after some opinions. It is 60cm by 44cm. This is the only picture available at the moment but if you need more I will go down to the dealer. From looking at a few other flags on the forum it appears to me to look similar to a few fake ones but as I said before I've got no idea.

Hi Alex,

What you have is a "Tojo" Flag.

These were mass produced during and after the war, as souvenir. (Not by Japanese)

Some examples are "Fake on Fake".
