Default Help with IJA Shooter's Score Book

I have a large collection of Japanese military documents (aparently not all soldier) that was passed down to me. I have some information on a few of the items, but know very little about most. I'm posting photos of a shooter's score book (with entries) that is part of this mixed grouping. I have a few notes that say two soldier's names appear in the book: 2nd Lt Miyagawa and Wattatsuki. I'm hoping that Guy and others might be able to provide me with more information. Thanks for any help.

Thanks Guy! Did you spot any information about the location of the facility/range, or the title on the cover?

The cover says Marksmanship Score Ledger, which used to be part of each soldier's pay book in the early days, but separated into this type of record since October 1897. It's an IJA version of the Schießbuch that the Germans had.
