Picked this up recently. 27"x40", the red stamp has me wondering if it's legit. It's made of silk. Thoughts?

From others I've looked at it appears the slogan on the far right involves good fortunes in war. Don't know a thing about any of the other wordings. Smaller writings are signatures?
