    陸軍 (Rikugun) - Army

    曹長 (Souchou) - Sergeant Major

肩章 (Kenshou, Katashou) - Shoulder Rank Tabs

    Any comments welcome.

    Cheers!

Thank you for the kind comments, gentlemen.

The tabs are called Showa 5 style, and some other examples have felt, or cotton backing instead of the leather.

Theses are my fist pair of Japanese shoulder boards, I just don't see many for sale. (At least in China)

    Regards,
    Taka
