Nice find and finally something 'Kamikaze' that can be attributed to an individual.

if you don't mind, can I ask how you found it, was it private connection, flea market or shop?
    Hi Steve-san,

I found it for sale on internet and asked my friend in Japan to helped me bought it for me.

Thanks Taka-san, a real museum piece you have there, that will be difficult to improve on especially with the scarf.
Congratulations, one more piece of history saved.

I was fortunate enough to get these two pieces that belong to the same person, however I heard that his other gears were sold seperatly including his flight helmets, gloves,...etc. The coverall and the scarf were ended up to the place that I bought from. I was kind of a little disappointed.

Yes , what a real shame that this group has been split up .

We are the Pilgrims , master, we shall go
Always a little further : it may be
Beyond that last blue mountain barred with snow
Across that angry or that glimmering sea...

Hopefully I can find myself more on Tokkou-Tai related materials in the future.

Might be kind of tough and pricy....
