Interesting Ammo Pouch

I got this for cheap off ebay some years back. It's not in the best of shape and looks like a bullet actually grazed the top of it. What caught my eye was the string and the small screw driver at the end of it. It doesn't look like the "regulation" screw drivers that were issued with the T-91 and T-97 grenades but I'm convinced that it was used to arm grenades. The length of the string is perfect for allowing the tool to be placed in either the tunic or trouser pocket. It may actually be an earlier variant of the grenade tool?

That may be difficult since it could be a field improvisation. Still, it does fit the screw hole at the top of those grenades perfectly
