japanese bayonets

hi,is one rarer then the other and do either one of these go on a 38 japanese rifle? thank you

Your first bayonet is Toyoda Automatic Loom Works, a Nagoya subcontractor and your second appears to be Jinsen Arsenal, an Arsenal in Japanese occupied Korea. The Jinsen bayonet is more rare but neither is extremely rare. Either can go on a Type 38, the bayonets are interchangeable.
