This photo book looked interesting; I bid thinking the photos were set in the book but it turned out to be a printed photo book. Not sure what it is. Any suggestions?

第三遣支艦隊
Dai San Kenshi Kantai
3rd Deployment of the China Area Fleet
支艦隊 is a contraction for 支那方面艦隊:
The China Area Fleet (支那方面艦隊, Shina Hōmen Kantai?) was a fleet of the Imperial Japanese Navy. Organized after the Battle of Shanghai. Their higher organization was Imperial General Headquarters, and the same rank as Combined Fleet. This article handles their predecessor fleet the Southern Qing Fleet (南清艦隊, Nanshin Kantai?), China Expeditionary Fleet (遣支艦隊, Kenshi Kantai?) and 1st/2nd Expeditionary Fleet (第一/第二遣外艦隊, Daiichi/Daini Kengai Kantai?) also.Contents

Still looks to be a interesting looking book even with the photo printed onto the book.
With the help of my co-worker I have learned that the ship in the book is the Iwate and the Admiral is Naokuni Nomura. The scenes are of Tsingtao China.
