It all looks good apart from the stopper, that looks new.
Not the best of condition but original.
I agree with Steve
Original, but the cork has been replaced-no doubt because the old one crumbled to pieces. The wooden stopper top of the cork looks like it could be original, though.

There should be a leather strap for "connecting" the two buckles.
