Well, I thought it was Japanese because of the 正福原 [Sei Fukuhara]. But after looking long and hard ... I keep getting CHINESE results for "Natural Fortune Food Product Co., Ltd"! After parsing the Chinese translation, I *think* that 正福原 means "Fortune" -- literally "Original/Fundamental True Luck"
原 【げん】 (pref) original; primitive; primary; fundamental; rawl].

I need some Natural Fortune !!! It would also help if we had a native-Chinese speaker on the forum!

Although it has the function of compass, this thing is used by the Chinese fortune teller to orientate the furnitures in your new house..etc
All those Chinese wordings basically mean particular time, year..etc
Thank you, Mr. Chen!!
