Japanese drink glass opinions please
Article about: I picked these up in a grouping of Japanese items brought back from a vet that served at the end of the war and during the occupation period. The vets son stated the items were brought back

Those are silver chalice prizes from the Aichi Prefectural Agriculture Association. They ceased to exist in 1943 when they merged with another association. They wouldn't have given those out after 1937, so must have been earlier.
Late 20s is most likely as chalices as prizes were in fashion at that time. Otherwise silver Sake cups would have been more favored before and after.
