A friend (a 3 tour Vietnam Vet) and fellow member of the Milsurps site posted this:
My uncle was a coxswain on a Higging's LCVP and brought this back home from WWII.
Anyone able to read the writing?
B&W looked a bit clearer.
Are these common?
