Hello, my wifes grandpa brought back a japanese ring from when he was in ww2 and im trying to find out what it says and/or wheres it from and such, its the top one. I know what the red star ring is, any idea?

The ring is upside-down. I can only read the last two kanji, but they are for girl. I can't comment on the other ring. Good luck!

The red star ring is for the 6th infantry division, I believe- unless you think it's something else.
