So how much do you think the blade is worth in this condition

Value can only be determined with a hands on examination. One would have to closely examine the rust to see if it would come out without leaving pitting after polish. It would also have to be examined for flaws. This is nothing that can be determined with pictures-especially in the condition it is in.
