Appears to have gouge/crack that runs Hamon in some parts its all little confusing to me?
Tsuka looks like Boy Scout project with different fish skins attached

Whoever made it obviously never made much money at it and probably went into a more profitable profession!
Junk swords were made in southern China after the war to sell as souvienir's to the US Military stationed there after the war. I believe this is one of them.
