Hi Alan I wish I did know who had the pistol. My cousin got this from a lady who's husband has a very large gun collection and when he died she sold everything. In her rush to sell everything she thought that if you had two items you get more money buy selling them separate . Gary

A little update thanks to a forum friend I now know that this holster belonged to 2nd Lt. Sato Kesakichi . After doing a little research I found a captain with the same name charged with war crimes. Is it the same guy could be . The only problem I don't have access to the files they are on a pay to view site. Gary
