Naval flag opinions

Hi All,
I never saw a Naval flag with Kanji........or at least I dont think I have....I may be paranoid, but something doesnt look right....thoughts??

You never know. Someone may just choose to do his own research and find the truth about the flag. It's just like you.

I agree, the layout of the kanji also looks pre-planned, like a single person had an overall design for them planned out ahead of time. The handwriting also looks like a single person's. Hopefully the scammer doesn't end up trapping someone with it...
