Strap:
一〇一ノ九 ヤマグチ
１０１ー９ Yamaguchi [in katakana]
The kanji for Yamaguchi is 山口

Thanks guy, this vets bring back items have been pieced out through a few different sources. He was with the 497th bomb group out of the marianas. Thank you again as always for your help. It is very much appreciated!
