Opinions on Japanese army tunic

Hi, i am in need of a few opinions on this tunic, if possible.
Its missing its sword loop and i think the insignia may be repro.
The tunic is made of cotton and has no visible tags.

The chest pocket buttons were replaced.
Seems like the previous owner shortened the sleeves at one point and later to original length.
I personally would wait for a good one to come by, as they are still common.
