    Default Older Blockprint

No, it's an older woodblock print. POW art sometimes copied these themes, but were not as skillfully done as the woodblock prints.

It says something about the Heike Samurai
    平家の侍士悪七兵衛景清
    Heike samurai Akushichibyoei Kagekiyo

    British Museum:

Woodblock print, chuban tate-e. Kazusa Akushichibyoei Kagekiyo holding a closed fan and a wide straw hat. Poem inscribed above in square panel.
