You can find the limits when uploading an image. When the "Picture Upload" window opens, scroll down to the bottom and under "Attachment Key" the file size limits will be shown for each type of file. The size limit for jpeg and jpg is 224.6 KB. The largest image that can be uploaded is a png file at 390.6 KB.
You can remove an image by clicking "Edit Post" and then clicking "Go Advanced". Under "Additional Options", click "Pictures upload" and the "Picture Upload" window will open. Scroll down to "Current Attachments" and a list of all attachments will be shown. Find the file that you want removed and click "Remove" which is to the right of the file name.
