Greetings everyone, here is a flag I got recently. I recognize the main slogan of Celebrating Triumph but not much else. Any help would be welcome and appreciated. Sorry the one pic is loading sideways. I have it right side up. It won't load that way though. Thanks for looking.

Guy....Wow....I was not expecting all that. I thought it was going to be what one usually expects to see on these. Definitely thought it would be Army related for sure. Looking at the 8-9 portion I can see that now clear as day! Thank you as always for all your efforts! It is very much appreciated my friend!
