That says made by Suzuhan. Suzuhan was a famous producer of pewter ware established in Shinsaibashi, Osaka in 1714, but closed in 1996. In its heyday in early Showa, they had about 300 artisans working for them.
By the way, the word order indicates your's was a post war product.

I was reading thru Nick:s great tread about flags that can be found in "Master Index for Reference Articles by Nick Komiya".
In post nr 9 and 10 he wrote about Regimental flags and repair regulations. Interesting read.
And i have a cup with one of those Regimental Flags that looks like a rag, so i thought i should share it with you.
