    I can't clearly see the fourth kanji 康 in the signature, but the name looks like Yasumitsu to me:

    相州住康光
    Soshuu-juu Yasumitsu
    Yasumitsu, Resident of Sagami [Soshuu] Prefecture

    Looks like it is 廣光 - Hiromitsu

    Those symbols appear to match really close SHINDENKAI.

    I agree that this signature is Hiromitsu. The blade shape is called shobuzukuri wakizashi, which is not seen as often as the typical shinogizukuri. There are multiple generations of this smith. The signature is too faint to make an opinion on it's authenticity. It certainly is not the signature of the first or second genration.
