Tsuba opinions

Gents, your opinion on this tsuba, 72 X68, Edo ?

The tsuba appears to be cast. These are more difficult to appraise from just pictures. Cast tsuba did exist during the Late Edo Period. I think this is an example from this period.

You know ... I'm certain it is only coincidence .... but it reminds me of the Hapsburg or Russian double-headed eagle.

yes style has some vague similarities. but is it really cast ? I just really liked it & wanted others opinions. so......
