Type 90 Japanese Helmet. Is it WW2 Period?

Article about: Have a chance at buying this helmet at \\$250. I know little about these type 90 helmets. The liner and chinstrap look suspect to me though. Any info and opinion would be greatly appreciated!

    Other than the shell marking, all else is rather bizare.

    I believe it's a post-war reissue Thai helmet.........

    Yes..it's not a WW2 era lid. Shell may be ok (hard to see from a cell phone, but the rest is bad. Plus legit ones in good shape are going for 3x to 4x

    I agree about this being a post war reissue and the rivets mentioned confirm this. This type of helmet was reissued to many countries after the war.

    It is, or was a Thai helmet, you can see the outline of the badge that would have been in place.
